Our unique calibration method allow us to achieve unparalleled absolute accuracy. That's right. Our accuracy specification defines the absolute error from true shape, meaning if you measure a true flat surface, the output data will truly be flat, within our accuracy tolerance. We specify a 10 µm RMS accuracy at our largest 3 meter size, and 2 µm RMS accuracy at our smallest size.
